It is sound that will bring Ganedan to life. This huge responsibility falls on the shoulders of one man: Wish Sound Designer Michael Kimball.
The winner of two Emmys (nominated five times), two Golden Reels (nominated five times) and an Oscar (nominated once, as part of the Bram Stoker's Dracula sound team), Michael brings a wealth of award-winning experience to the Mutable Realms team. Michael's work is second to none, and provides Wish with a proven force in producing high quality sound and music for our game.
Michael has made a career in the entertainment industry working on eleven motion pictures, including Bram Stoker's Dracula and Hook, a slew of television programs, such as the X-Files, Picket Fences, Ally McBeal, the Practice, Hill Street Blues and many illustrious animated features, which include The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Alvin and the Chipmunks. His video game credits include the upcoming DOOM 3, in addition to providing raw sound for over thirty other titles. Michael was also the man behind the sound in the famous Energizer Bunny commercials. Finally, Michael has also produced, edited and mixed several music albums for various recording artists.
As our Sound Designer, Michael brings his experience to work for us full time. Through his hard work, and amazing talent, Wish will become the new benchmark for sound in the MMORPG industry. |
